Max speed was about 163 mph. Again, pretty slow for a rocket. From the data, it looks like deploy was detected before apogee, so the motor charge must have fired first. This means the motor was way off, because it should have fired at about T=+12 seconds, but it fired at T=+7. Still, it was only 1 second from apogee. You can see touchdown acceleration at 34 seconds.
