This photo compares the Avante 2011 chassis (left) with the Vajra chassis (right). There are a lot of similarities, but some obvious and some subtle differences as discussed on the opening page.
I regarded this Vajra model as a novelty at best and didn't really expect to like it. I've been pleasantly surprised. It looks great and drives excellent. Yes it's weird, but it's Tamiya.
